The E-Posters of selected abstracts will be presented in dedicated E-Poster Presentation Sessions at the On-site conference in Toronto.
Parallel E-Poster presentations will be given at designated times during the conference. All participants are invited to the E-Poster Stations to hear the short presentations and to ask questions. Each E-Poster Presentation Session will be guided by 2 moderators. Presenters should be at the E-Poster stations 10 minutes before the start of the E-Poster Presentation Session and remain there until the session has finished. Each presenter has been allocated 7 minutes total – 5 minutes to speak about his/her E-Poster, and 2 minutes for discussion.

All participants will have access to download their certificate of attendance through a designated link sent to them after the conference.
The Virtual Conference Platform will be accessible from 5 December 2023 at 08:00 am EST till 5 March 2024.
Please do not sign in before this time as you will not have full access to the platform if you do.

Conference abstracts will be available on the mobile App and virtual platform during the conference.
The conference organizers will choose abstracts for publication as articles in two journals. These submissions will undergo peer review, and manuscripts selected for publication will feature in the FRPT 2023 Focus issues. Both the Green Journal and Radiation Research will publish the chosen articles. For more information, please click here.

comply with the various codes and directives relating to the manufacturing, distribution, and marketing of pharmaceutical products. The Human Medicine Regulations 2012, (clauses 294-300) and the European Union directive (2001/83/EC, article 86) provide guidelines relating to medicinal products for human use. Within these guidelines is the restriction that access to pharmaceutical product marketing activities must be limited to only those participants licensed / authorised to prescribe or supply medicinal products.
All participants, with the exception of the exhibitors, are asked the following question during registration: Are you licensed / authorised to prescribe or supply prescription only medicines?
During the entire Congress, attire will be informal.
Please do not leave bags or suitcases unattended at any time, whether inside or outside the session halls. Hotels strongly recommend that you use their safety deposit boxes for your valuables.
The FRPT 2023 Conference Secretariat and Organisers cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss of or damage to private property of participants. Participants are advised to take out their own personal travel and health insurance for their trip.
